Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Show Low Cougars (Show Low, AZ) and the visiting Payson Longhorns (Payson, AZ), saw Show Low's basketball squad knock off Payson by a count of 53-43.

With the victory, Show Low upgrades its record to 21-9 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Gilbert Christian (Gilbert, AZ) to play the Knights in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 17. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 20-5. Gilbert Christian won 66-46 in their recent league challenge against San Tan Foothills (Queen Creek, AZ)
