Maryland High School Basketball - Tuscarora ripped by Linganore

February 14, 2024: Frederick, MD 21701

The Linganore Lancers basketball team scored 79 points and held the visiting Tuscarora Titans to 39 in the Lancers league triumph on Wednesday.

The Lancers now sport a 16-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Manchester Valley for a Carroll County contest on Friday, February 16. Linganore will meet a Mavericks team coming off a 66-36 non-league win over Hereford (Parkton, MD). The Mavericks record now stands at 11-10.

The Titans (8-14) will now prepare for their contest against Westminster (Westminster, MD). The Owls enter the Carroll County contest with a 18-6 record. In their last contest, Westminster was routed by Hammond (Columbia, MD), 54-33, in a non-league contest.
