The Scarborough Spartans held off the visiting Worthing Colts soccer squad by a margin of 1-0 in Wednesday's league match.
The Spartans now sport a 10-3 record. They play next when they travel to Yates for a 4A Region 3 District 19 match on Tuesday, February 20. Scarborough will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Scarborough (Houston, TX). The Lions record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Worthing drops to 0-2 on the season.
