In Wednesday's non-league battle, the visiting Long County Blue Tide soccer squad scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Brunswick Pirates.
The Blue Tide (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Pierce County (Blackshear, GA). The Bears come into the non-league battle with a 0-0 record.
The Pirates (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against Wayne County (Jesup, GA). The Yellow Jackets come into the non-league battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Wayne County nudged Bradwell Institute (Hinesville, GA), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
