Ohio High School Basketball - Anderson can't get by Walnut Hills

Walnut Hills Eagles (Cincinnati, OH) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Anderson Raptors (Cincinnati, OH), 57-52 in a league match.

With the victory, Walnut Hills advances its record to 8-13 on the year. The Eagles host Withrow (Cincinnati, OH) to meet the Tigers in a non-league match on Saturday, February 15. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 3-17. Withrow lost 52-45 in their recent non-league match against Purcell Marian (Cincinnati, OH)

The Raptors now own a 6-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Winton Woods for a Eastern Cincinnati match on Saturday, February 15. Anderson will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 35-27 league win over Little Miami (Morrow, OH). The Warriors record now stands at 17-2.
