In Friday's league contest, the host Wheaton-Warrenville South Tigers basketball team scored a good 41-29 triumph over the Batavia Bulldogs.
The Tigers (22-7) will now prepare for their contest against Thornton Fractional South (Lansing, IL). The Red Wolves go into the non-league contest with a 11-18 record. In their last contest, Thornton Fractional South was topped by Thornton Fractional North (Calumet City, IL), 56-54, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Glenbard North Panthers (Carol Stream, IL) in a DuKane contest, on Wednesday, February 19. Batavia will attempt to better on its 12-16 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 13-14 record after their 57-47 non-league loss to Oswego (Oswego, IL).
