Kansas High School Basketball - McPherson overwhelms Buhler

The McPherson Bullpups basketball team scored 80 points and limited the host Buhler Crusaders to 46 in the Bullpups league triumph on Friday.

The Bullpups now have a 14-2 record. They play next when they travel to Hays for a non-league game on Monday, February 17. McPherson will confront a Indians team coming off a 67-30 league win over Liberal (Liberal, KS). The Indians record now stands at 9-7.

With the loss, Buhler falls to 5-11 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Mulvane (Mulvane, KS) to confront the Wildcats in a Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail III game on Tuesday, February 18. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 5-11. Mulvane lost 55-52 in their recent league game against Augusta (Augusta, KS)
