The Cambridge-South Dorchester Vikings (Cambridge, MD) basketball edged the visiting Colonel Richardson Colonels (Federalsburg, MD), 71-64 in Friday's league bout.
The Vikings now possess a 24-1 record. They play next when they travel to Kent Island for a Bayside - North bout on Monday, February 17. Cambridge-South Dorchester will play a Buccaneers team coming off a 61-55 league win over Easton (Easton, MD). The Buccaneers record now stands at 12-5.
With the loss, Colonel Richardson falls to 15-6 on the campaign. The Colonels travel to North Dorchester (Hurlock, MD) to play the Eagles in a Bayside - North bout on Tuesday, February 18. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 2-16. North Dorchester lost 68-40 in their recent non-league bout against Crisfield (Crisfield, MD)
