In Friday's league contest, the host Smyrna Eagles basketball team scored a close 72-69 triumph over the Cape Henlopen Vikings.
The Eagles (10-9) will now prepare for their contest against Caesar Rodney (Camden, DE). The Riders go into the Henlopen - Northern contest with a 5-13 record.
