Carlisle Indians (Carlisle, OH) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Valley View Spartans (Germantown, OH), 63-62 in a league match.

With the victory, Carlisle advances its record to 15-7 on the year.

The Spartans now own a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brookville for a Southwestern Buckeye - Buckeye match on Saturday, February 15. Valley View will meet a Blue Devils squad coming off a 67-57 league loss to Oakwood (Dayton, OH). The Blue Devils record now stands at 9-12.
