In Friday's league contest, the visiting Medford Mustangs basketball team scored a good 70-53 triumph over the Chelsea Red Devils.
The Mustangs (6-11) will now prepare for their contest against Concord-Carlisle (Concord, MA). The Patriots go into the non-league contest with a 8-9 record. In their last contest, Concord-Carlisle topped Bedford (Bedford, MA), 68-42, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Red Devils confront the Lincoln-Sudbury Warriors (Sudbury, MA) in a non-league contest, on Sunday, February 16. Chelsea will attempt to better on its 5-12 season record. The Warriors go into the contest with a 13-4 record after their 50-43 league win over Acton-Boxborough (Acton, MA).
