The Newman Greenies basketball team scored 62 points and limited the host Eleanor McMain Mustangs to 42 in the Greenies non-league triumph on Friday.
The Greenies now have a 19-5 record.
With the loss, Eleanor McMain falls to 7-27 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Edna Karr (New Orleans, LA) to confront the Cougars in a non-league game on Monday, February 17. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 17-21. Edna Karr lost 55-38 in their recent league game against Archbishop Rummel (Metairie, LA)
