The Howell Central Spartans basketball team scored 72 points and limited the visiting Fort Zumwalt West Jaguars to 60 in the Spartans league triumph on Friday.

The Spartans now possess a 12-9 record. They play next when they travel to Liberty for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 18.

With the loss, Fort Zumwalt West falls to 8-10 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Fort Zumwalt South (St. Peters, MO) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Monday, February 17. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 6-8.
