Vermont High School Basketball - Harwood holds off North Country Union

The Harwood Highlanders basketball team scored 67 points and limited the host North Country Union Falcons to 63 in the Highlanders non-league triumph on Friday.
The Highlanders now possess a 16-3 record. They play next when they travel to Lake Region for a Capital game on Saturday, February 15. Harwood will confront a Rangers team coming off a 61-41 league loss to Harwood (Moretown, VT). The Rangers record now stands at 6-11.
With the loss, North Country Union falls to 8-9 on the campaign. The Falcons host Montpelier (Montpelier, VT) to confront the Solons in a non-league game on Wednesday, February 19. The Solons go into the game with a record of 18-1. Montpelier won 87-70 in their recent league game against Randolph (Randolph, VT)
