The Holdingford Huskers defeated the host Kimball Cubs basketball squad by a final score of 86-68 in Friday's league outing.
Next, the Huskers clash with the Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City Falcons (Grove City, MN) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, February 20. Holdingford will attempt to upgrade on its 20-2 season record. The Falcons come into the outing with a 11-11 record after their 85-71 league loss to B O L D (Olivia, MN).
The Cubs (16-6) will now prepare for their outing against Sauk Centre (Sauk Centre, MN). The Mainstreeters come into the AA Section 6 outing with a 14-7 record. In their last outing, Sauk Centre overcame Foley (Foley, MN), 69-43, in a league outing.
