The Jenks Trojans nipped the visiting Sapulpa Chieftains basketball squad by a final score of 62-59 in Friday's league outing.
Next, the Trojans face the Bartlesville Bruins (Bartlesville, OK) in a 6A District 4 outing, on Tuesday, February 18. Jenks will attempt to upgrade on its 12-11 season record. The Bruins enter the outing with a 2-16 record after their 68-26 league loss to Broken Arrow (Broken Arrow, OK).
The Chieftains (9-14) will now prepare for their outing against Charles Page (Sand Springs, OK). The Sandites enter the 6A District 4 outing with a 17-4 record. In their last outing, Charles Page got by Northwest Classen (Oklahoma City, OK), 69-53, in a league outing.
