The Sitka Wolves basketball team scored 77 points and limited the visiting Lathrop Malemutes to 61 in the Wolves non-league triumph on Friday.

With the loss, Lathrop falls to 11-10 on the campaign. The Malemutes travel to Valdez (Valdez, AK) to confront the Buccaneers in a non-league game on Saturday, February 15. The Buccaneers go into the game with a record of 8-6. Valdez won 59-49 in their recent non-league game against Cordova (Cordova, AK)
