Valley Stream North Spartans (Franklin Square, NY) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Locust Valley Falcons (Locust Valley, NY), 59-39 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Valley Stream North upgrades its record to 11-4 on the year. The Spartans travel to Friends Academy (Locust Valley, NY) to face the Quakers in a non-league match on Thursday, February 20. The Quakers enter the match with a record of 14-6. Friends Academy won 84-62 in their recent league match against Island Trees (Levittown, NY)
