Maryland High School Basketball - Poolesville fells Magruder

February 14, 2025: Rockville, MD 20855

The Poolesville Falcons basketball team scored 60 points and limited the host Magruder Colonels to 43 in the Falcons league triumph on Friday.

The Falcons now have a 12-9 record. They play next when they travel to Rockville for a Montgomery County - North game on Tuesday, February 18. Poolesville will confront a Rams team coming off a 73-47 non-league win over Northwood (Silver Spring, MD). The Rams record now stands at 3-14.

With the loss, Magruder falls to 11-9 on the campaign. The Colonels host Damascus (Damascus, MD) to confront the Hornets in a Montgomery County - North game on Tuesday, February 18. The Hornets go into the game with a record of 8-9.
