The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Roger Bacon Spartans (Cincinnati, OH) and the visiting Norwood Indians (Norwood, OH), observed Roger Bacon's basketball team overwhelm Norwood by a score of 70-33.
The Spartans (9-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Clermont Northeastern (Batavia, OH). The Rockets come into the non-league challenge with a 10-11 record. In their last challenge, Clermont Northeastern trounced Whiteoak (Mowrystown, OH), 56-29, in a non-league bout.
With the loss, Norwood falls to 3-18 on the campaign.
