The West Springfield Spartans basketball team scored 39 points and limited the host Alexandria City Titans to 28 in the Spartans league triumph on Friday.
The Spartans now possess a 10-10 record. They play next when they travel to Lake Braddock for a District 4 game on Monday, February 17. West Springfield will confront a Bruins team coming off a 43-38 league win over Fairfax (Fairfax, VA). The Bruins record now stands at 4-18.
With the loss, Alexandria City falls to 7-15 on the campaign.
