The Brown Bears (Louisville, KY) basketball edged the visiting Waggener Wildcats (Louisville, KY), 37-34 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Bears now possess a 5-15 record. They play next when they travel to Seneca for a non-league bout on Monday, February 17. Brown will play a Red Hawks team coming off a 69-42 non-league loss to Ballard (Louisville, KY). The Red Hawks record now stands at 12-10.
With the loss, Waggener falls to 6-8 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Shawnee (Louisville, KY) to play the Golden Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 18. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a record of 6-19.
