The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Bryant Hornets (Bryant, AR) and the visiting Little Rock Southwest Gryphons (Little Rock, AR), observed Bryant's basketball team overwhelm Little Rock Southwest by a margin of 73-17.

The Hornets (14-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Cabot (Cabot, AR). The Panthers come into the 6A Central challenge with a 11-17 record. In their last challenge, Cabot was trounced by Central (Little Rock, AR), 65-23, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Gryphons battle the Jonesboro Hurricane (Jonesboro, AR) in a 6A Central challenge, on Friday, February 21. Little Rock Southwest will attempt to better on its 0-22 season record. The Hurricane come into the challenge with a 4-18 record after their 61-13 league loss to North Little Rock (North Little Rock, AR).
