In Friday's league contest, the host Norman North Timberwolves basketball team scored a close 56-53 triumph over the Deer Creek Antlers.
The Timberwolves (13-7) will now prepare for their contest against Grant (Oklahoma City, OK). The Generals go into the 6A District 1 contest with a 8-14 record. In their last contest, Grant was tipped by Edmond Memorial (Edmond, OK), 89-23, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Antlers battle the Southmoore SaberCats (Moore, OK) in a 6A District 1 contest, on Tuesday, February 18. Deer Creek will attempt to better on its 11-10 season record. The SaberCats go into the contest with a 3-18 record after their 74-9 league loss to Mustang (Mustang, OK).
