In Friday's league test, the Merrimack Valley The Pride (Penacook, NH) basketball squad trounced the host Derryfield Cougars (Manchester, NH), by a score of 57-35.
Next, the The Pride encounter the Hanover Bears (Hanover, NH) in a Division II test, on Tuesday, February 18. Merrimack Valley will attempt to improve on its 11-5 season record.
The Cougars (14-2) will now prepare for their test against Milford (Milford, NH). The Spartans come into the Division II test with a 10-5 record.
