Georgia High School Basketball - Washington County can't get by Dodge County

The Washington County Golden Hawks basketball squad (Sandersville, GA), was nudged 51-47 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Dodge County Indians (Eastman, GA)

With the victory, Dodge County advances its record to 16-11 on the year. The Indians travel to East Laurens (East Dublin, GA) to meet the Falcons in a non-league battle on Saturday, February 15. The Falcons enter the battle with a record of 18-5. East Laurens won 66-52 in their recent non-league battle against Central (Macon, GA)

The Golden Hawks now own a 18-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 15. Washington County will meet a Chargers squad coming off a 39-32 league win over Bleckley County (Cochran, GA). The Chargers record now stands at 19-4.
