With the victory, Minneapolis upgrades its record to 8-7 on the year. The Lions host Lyons (Lyons, KS) to face the Lions in a North Central AA match on Monday, February 17. The Lions enter the match with a record of 2-14. Lyons lost 55-27 in their recent league match against Beloit (Beloit, KS)

The Trojans now sport a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ellsworth for a North Central AA match on Tuesday, February 18. Southeast of Saline will face a Bearcats squad coming off a 57-15 league win over Republic County (Belleville, KS). The Bearcats record now stands at 10-5.
