The Sauk Centre Mainstreeters basketball team scored 73 points and limited the visiting Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta Tigers to 43 in the Mainstreeters non-league triumph on Friday.

The Mainstreeters now have a 21-2 record. They play next when they travel to Camden/Minneapolis North for a non-league game on Saturday, February 15. Sauk Centre will confront a Patriots team coming off a 61-39 non-league win over Minneapolis South (Minneapolis, MN). The Patriots record now stands at 18-4.

With the loss, Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta falls to 8-16 on the campaign. The Tigers host Minnewaska Area (Glenwood, MN) to confront the Lakers in a AA Section 3 game on Tuesday, February 18. The Lakers go into the game with a record of 23-3. Minnewaska Area won 61-50 in their recent non-league game against West Central Area (Barrett, MN)
