The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Noble Bears (Noble, OK) and the visiting Southeast Spartans (Oklahoma City, OK), observed Noble's basketball team overwhelm Southeast by a score of 80-34.
The Bears (11-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Guymon (Guymon, OK). The Tigers come into the 5A District 1 challenge with a 11-8 record. In their last challenge, Guymon trounced Elgin (Elgin, OK), 52-44, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Spartans encounter the MacArthur Highlanders (Lawton, OK) in a 5A District 1 challenge, on Saturday, February 15. Southeast will attempt to improve on its 7-14 season record. The Highlanders come into the challenge with a 9-12 record after their 60-37 league loss to El Reno (El Reno, OK).
