In Friday's league contest, the visiting West Bloomfield Lakers basketball team scored a good 41-22 triumph over the Oxford Wildcats.
The Lakers (11-7) will now prepare for their contest against Edison Academy (Detroit, MI). The Pioneers go into the non-league contest with a 15-5 record. In their last contest, Edison Academy topped Kalamazoo Christian (Kalamazoo, MI), 65-44, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Wildcats confront the Lapeer Lightning (Lapeer, MI) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, February 19. Oxford will attempt to better on its 7-13 season record.
