The Wynne Yellowjackets basketball team scored 65 points and limited the visiting Trumann Wildcats to 36 in the Yellowjackets league triumph on Friday.

The Yellowjackets now have a 12-13 record. They play next when they travel to Stuttgart for a 4A Region 6 game on Tuesday, February 18. Wynne will confront a Ricebirds team coming off a 76-56 league win over Southside (Batesville, AR). The Ricebirds record now stands at 19-10.

With the loss, Trumann falls to 3-15 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Forrest City (Forrest City, AR) to confront the Mustangs in a 4A Region 6 game on Tuesday, February 18. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 15-6. Forrest City won 74-50 in their recent league game against Lonoke (Lonoke, AR)
