The Parrots now possess a 6-9 record. They play next when they host Paschal for a 5A Region 1 District 7 bout on Monday, February 17. Polytechnic will play a Panthers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over North Side (Fort Worth, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 8-2.

With the loss, North Side moves to 3-6 on the year. The Steers travel to South Hills (Fort Worth, TX) to play the Scorpions in a 5A Region 1 District 7 bout on Monday, February 17. The Scorpions go into the bout with a record of 8-6. South Hills won 8-0 in their recent league bout against Wyatt (Fort Worth, TX)
