The Wildcats now possess a 11-3 record. They play next when they host Mount Vernon for a 4A Region 2 District 13 bout on Tuesday, February 18. Sulphur Springs will play a Tigers squad coming off a 8-0 league loss to North Lamar (Paris, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 0-6.

With the loss, Paris moves to 9-3 on the year. The Wildcats host Pittsburg (Pittsburg, TX) to play the Pirates in a 4A Region 2 District 13 bout on Tuesday, February 18. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 2-5. Pittsburg lost 8-0 in their recent league bout against Pleasant Grove (Texarkana, TX)
