Virginia High School Basketball - J.R. Tucker nips Godwin

In Friday's non-league contest, the host J.R. Tucker Tigers basketball team scored a close 38-31 triumph over the Godwin Eagles.
The Tigers (15-3) will now prepare for their contest against John Marshall (Richmond, VA). The Justices go into the non-league contest with a 9-2 record. In their last contest, John Marshall nipped King William (King William, VA), 73-53, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Hermitage Panthers (Richmond, VA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 18. Godwin will attempt to better on its 7-12 season record.
