In Friday's league outing, the visiting Bowie Bears soccer squad scored a nice 9-1 victory over the Fabens Wildcats.

The Bears (9-4) will now prepare for their outing against Irvin (El Paso, TX). The Rockets go into the 4A Region 1 District 1 outing with a 7-5 record. In their last outing, Irvin prevailed over Mountain View (El Paso, TX), 3-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Ysleta Indians (El Paso, TX) in a 4A Region 1 District 1 outing, on Tuesday, February 18. Fabens will attempt to improve on its 1-12 season record. The Indians go into the outing with a 9-5 record after their 1-0 league win over Riverside (El Paso, TX).
