Texas High School Softball - Burges bounces San Elizario

February 14, 2025: San Elizario, TX 79849

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Burges Mustangs softball team scored a nice 15-5 victory over the San Elizario Eagles.

The Mustangs (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Franklin (El Paso, TX). The Cougars go into the non-league match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, Franklin was routed by Hanks (El Paso, TX), 15-3, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Hanks Knights (El Paso, TX) in a non-league match, on Saturday, February 15. San Elizario will attempt to better on its 0-5 season record. The Knights go into the match with a 1-2 record after their 12-5 non-league win over Gadsden (Anthony, NM).
