Maryland High School Basketball - Williamsport tops Catoctin

Williamsport Wildcats (Williamsport, MD) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Catoctin Cougars (Thurmont, MD), 64-50 in a league bout.
With the victory, Williamsport upgrades its record to 16-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Brunswick (Brunswick, MD) to play the Railroaders in a CMC bout on Friday, February 18. The Railroaders come into the bout with a record of 3-15. Brunswick lost 66-54 in their recent league bout against Clear Spring (Clear Spring, MD)
Next up, the Cougars play the Walkersville Lions (Walkersville, MD) in a CMC bout, on Friday, February 18. Catoctin will attempt to upgrade on its 1-16 season record. The Lions come into the bout with a 15-4 record after their 59-56 league win over Middletown (Middletown, MD).
