The Northwestern Wildcats basketball team (Hyattsville, MD), was nudged 1-0 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Wise Pumas (Upper Marlboro, MD)
The Pumas now possess a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to High Point for a Prince George's County 4A battle on Thursday, February 17.
The Wildcats (3-10) will now prepare for their battle against Bowie (Bowie, MD). The Bulldogs come into the Prince George's County 4A battle with a 6-9 record. In their last battle, Bowie was nudged by Eleanor Roosevelt (Greenbelt, MD), 47-45, in a league battle.
