New York High School Basketball - Sherman can't hold off Silver Creek

The Silver Creek Black Knights basketball team scored 35 points and held the host Sherman Wildcats to 34 in the Black Knights league triumph on Tuesday.
The Black Knights now sport a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lake Shore for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 17. Silver Creek will battle a Eagles team coming off a 66-22 non-league loss to Orchard Park (Orchard Park, NY). The Eagles record now stands at 1-7.
The Wildcats (10-8) will now prepare for their contest against Southwestern (Jamestown, NY). The Trojans enter the non-league contest with a 13-4 record. In their last contest, Southwestern nudged Allegany-Limestone (Allegany, NY), 63-34, in a league contest.
