The San Elizario Eagles softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Irvin Rockets to 0 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, San Elizario moves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Eagles travel to Del Valle (El Paso, TX) to clash with the Conquistadores in a non-league game on Thursday, February 17. The Conquistadores come into the game with a record of 0-1. Del Valle lost 12-11 in their recent non-league game against Eastlake (El Paso, TX)

In their next game, the Rockets clash with the Chaparral Lobos (Chaparral, NM) in a non-league game, on Saturday, February 19. Irvin will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
