The Pineville Rebels softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Jena Giants to 0 in the Rebels non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Pineville moves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Rebels travel to Calvary Baptist Academy (Shreveport, LA) to clash with the Cavaliers in a non-league game on Thursday, February 17. The Cavaliers come into the game with a record of 0-0.
In their next game, the Giants clash with the Many Tigers (Many, LA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, February 19. Jena will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Tigers come into the game with a 1-0 record after their 12-1 non-league win over DeQuincy (DeQuincy, LA).
