The Banks County Leopards basketball team (Homer, GA), dropped 92-75 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Providence Christian Academy Storm (Lilburn, GA)
The Storm now possess a 22-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Union County for a non-league battle on Friday, February 17. Providence Christian Academy will confront a Panthers team coming off a 77-59 non-league win over Athens Academy (Athens, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 18-8.
The Leopards (18-9) will now prepare for their battle against Athens Academy (Athens, GA). The Spartans come into the AA Region 8 battle with a 16-10 record. In their last battle, Athens Academy dropped by Union County (Blairsville, GA), 77-59, in a non-league battle.
