North Carolina High School Basketball - Corvian Community routs Piedmont Community Charter

In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Corvian Community Cardinals (Charlotte, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Piedmont Community Charter Patriots (Gastonia, NC), by a count of 91-62.

The Cardinals (17-6) will now prepare for their outing against Carolina International (Concord, NC). The Comets go into the non-league outing with a 15-16 record. In their last outing, Carolina International smashed Queen's Grant (Matthews, NC), 82-44, in a non-league outing.

The Patriots now hold a 15-11 record.
