Alaska High School Basketball - North Pole knocked off by Lathrop

February 15, 2023: Fairbanks, AK 99701

The Lathrop Malemutes basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting North Pole Patriots to 41 in the Malemutes league triumph on Wednesday.

The Malemutes now sport a 8-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eagle River for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 16. Lathrop will battle a Wolves team coming off a 71-33 league loss to Bettye Davis East Anchorage (Anchorage, AK). The Wolves record now stands at 1-11.

The Patriots (8-9) will now prepare for their contest against Monroe Catholic (Fairbanks, AK). The Rams enter the 4A Mid Alaska contest with a 14-4 record.
