Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Southern Huntingdon County falls to McConnellsburg

February 15, 2023: McConnellsburg, PA 17233

In Wednesday's league match, the host McConnellsburg Spartans basketball team scored a good 73-60 triumph over the Southern Huntingdon County Rockets.

In their next game, the Spartans meet the Juniata Valley Hornets (Alexandria, PA) in a non-league match, on Friday, February 17. McConnellsburg will attempt to move on its 19-3 season record. The Hornets enter the match with a 13-9 record after their 76-54 league win over Curwensville (Curwensville, PA).

With the defeat, Southern Huntingdon County moves to 18-4 on the year. The Rockets host Northern Cambria (Northern Cambria, PA) to meet the Colts in a non-league match on Wednesday, February 22. The Colts enter the match with a record of 10-12.
