Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the North Medford Black Tornado (Medford, OR) and the visiting Roseburg Indians (Roseburg, OR), saw North Medford's basketball squad overcome Roseburg by a tally of 83-63.

With the victory, North Medford improves its record to 7-14 on the campaign. The Black Tornado travel to South Medford (Medford, OR) to confront the Panthers in a 6A Southwest challenge on Tuesday, February 21. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 15-4.

Next up, the Indians confront the South Eugene Axe (Eugene, OR) in a 6A Southwest challenge, on Friday, February 17. Roseburg will attempt to improve on its 12-7 season record. The Axe come into the challenge with a 10-11 record after their 63-56 league win over Willamette (Eugene, OR).
