Georgia High School Basketball - Sequoyah can't hold off River Ridge

The River Ridge Knights basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Sequoyah Chiefs to 58 in the Knights non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Knights now sport a 20-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Etowah for a non-league contest on Friday, February 17. River Ridge will battle a Eagles team coming off a 71-56 non-league win over Rome (Rome, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 18-8.

The Chiefs (16-11) will now prepare for their contest against Rome (Rome, GA). The Wolves come into the non-league contest with a 15-12 record. In their last contest, Rome was nudged by Etowah (Woodstock, GA), 71-56, in a non-league contest.
