Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Uintah Utes (Vernal, UT) and the host Hillcrest Huskies (Midvale, UT), saw Uintah's basketball squad overcome Hillcrest by a tally of 60-46.

With the victory, Uintah improves its record to 11-6 on the campaign. The Utes host Cottonwood (Salt Lake City, UT) to confront the Colts in a 5A Region 7 challenge on Friday, February 17. The Colts come into the challenge with a record of 16-5. Cottonwood won 65-41 in their recent league challenge against Tooele (Tooele, UT)

Next up, the Huskies confront the Cedar Valley Aviators (Eagle Mountain, UT) in a 5A Region 7 challenge, on Friday, February 17. Hillcrest will attempt to improve on its 1-16 season record. The Aviators come into the challenge with a 9-10 record after their 62-55 league win over Stansbury (Stansbury Park, UT).
