Community Braves (Nevada, TX) fans were thrilled Wednesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Ford Panthers (Quinlan, TX), 2-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Braves face the Caddo Mills Foxes (Caddo Mills, TX) in a 4A Region 2 District 12 challenge, on Saturday, February 18. Community will attempt to better on its 8-6 season record. The Foxes enter the challenge with a 14-3 record after their 0-0 league Mabank (Mabank, TX).

The Panthers now have a 2-13 record. They take the field next when they host Kemp for a 4A Region 2 District 12 challenge on Saturday, February 18. Ford will face a Yellowjackets team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Kaufman (Kaufman, TX). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 2-8.
