The Cougars now sport a 6-7 record. They play next when they travel to Fort Bend Marshall for a 5A Region 3 District 20 test on Friday, February 17. Fort Bend Kempner will encounter a Buffalos squad coming off a 8-0 league loss to Foster (Richmond, TX). The Buffalos record now stands at 0-10.

With the loss, Lamar Consolidated drops to 7-8 on the season. The Mustangs host Fulshear (Fulshear, TX) to encounter the Chargers in a 5A Region 3 District 20 test on Friday, February 17. The Chargers come into the test with a record of 8-7. Fulshear lost 3-1 in their recent league test against Foster (Richmond, TX)
